Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. Please ensure accurate delivery details, as we aren’t liable for delays due to incorrect information or unforeseen disruptions.

How can I Return or Exchange?

At KB Jewels, returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items—with a mandatory unedited opening video showing the packaging and issue.
